Before you take the next step.
What does 100% financing mean?+
Qualified customers may be able to finance the full cost of an eligible project, up to their approved financing amount. Approval is not guaranteed. If the approved amount does not cover the full project cost, the remaining balance must be paid separately.
Does that mean 0% interest?+
No. “100% financing” describes how much of the eligible project cost may be financed—not the interest rate. Review your provider’s offer for the APR, fees, payment amount and total repayment cost before accepting.
Which projects can I discuss with CRL?+
Windows, doors, siding, roofing, decks, painting, interior improvements and outdoor projects. We’ll define the work with you; the financing provider determines project eligibility and financing availability.
Is CRL the financing provider?+
No. CRL handles the project scope and construction work. Applications and financing decisions are handled by the third-party provider. Acorn connects applicants with lending partners; Foundation offers home-improvement financing through its own application process.
Where do I apply?+
Use one of the provider links on this page. You’ll leave the CRL website and continue on the provider’s site. Don’t send Social Security numbers, bank details or other sensitive financial information through CRL’s project inquiry form.
When can work begin?+
Talk with CRL about your project first. Before work begins, we’ll confirm the written scope, project agreement, payment arrangements and schedule. A financing application or approval alone does not book or authorize construction.
