Construction and property care, with a clear starting point

CRL Inc. works with homeowners, property managers, and commercial clients across Connecticut. A home improvement, a landscape construction project, and a maintenance program each start with different questions. We help define the work, review the property, and bring the proposed scope and next steps together before work begins.

For a home, that may mean improving interior spaces, managing water outside the foundation, or making the yard more useful. For a managed property, it may mean coordinating building repairs, grounds care, pavement work, and winter services. Use the service pages below to explore the work that fits your property and prepare for a focused conversation.

Serving all of Connecticut

Tell us the town, property type, access conditions, and the work you have in mind. CRL serves all of Connecticut. The project location and scope help us review the request and discuss scheduling. Include photos or plans if they help explain the location and the work you need.

Our published Connecticut Home Improvement Contractor registration is CT HIC #0672034. For your project, the written proposal identifies the work, responsibilities, and applicable requirements. Scope, site conditions, and any needed approvals are reviewed before the work is committed.

Plan the work before it starts

Start with the outcome you want, the areas involved, and any photos or plans you already have. Describe known concerns such as standing water, damaged pavement, access restrictions, or work around occupied spaces. A clear starting point helps us distinguish the requested work from related items that may need their own review.

We review the scope and sequence with you, including preparation, materials, access, cleanup, and restoration where relevant. A preliminary planning range is not a final construction commitment. Site review and the written proposal establish the work to be performed. For recurring commercial care, the service areas, tasks, and communication arrangements should be equally clear.

Questions before you start

Where should I start with a home improvement?

Use the home improvement page to explore the scope, then describe your goals through Start a project. Include the location, rooms or exterior areas involved, and any photos or plans that explain the work.

Can I discuss drainage and lawn restoration together?

Yes. Describe the water concern and the affected landscape. Drainage, grading, soil work, and lawn restoration should be considered together where they affect the same area, with each selected item identified in the proposal.

Do you work with managed commercial properties?

CRL works with commercial buildings, multifamily properties, HOAs, retail, industrial, medical, and office sites. Share the property type, areas to maintain, access windows, and your point of contact to begin the review.

Is an online estimate a final price?

A preliminary estimate is a planning range. Site conditions, measurements, materials, access, and project requirements must be reviewed. The written proposal controls the actual scope and commercial terms.
